Group Finance Manager

- Salary: Circa £80,000 + bonus
A growing international hospitality business is looking for a commercially focused Group Finance Manager to oversee the financial performance of its UK operations.
Reporting to the Global Finance Manager and CFO, this is a broad, hands-on role partnering closely with operational teams and senior leadership. You’ll take ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow, cost control and KPI analysis across a multi-site portfolio, while driving profitability, improving financial processes and supporting strategic business decisions.
The transactional finance function is fully outsourced, allowing you to focus on business partnering, financial control, commercial analysis and operational performance.
We’re looking for a qualified (or qualified by experience) finance professional with experience in multi-site hospitality, restaurants or retail. You’ll have strong commercial acumen, advanced Excel skills and the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across the business.
