Head of Finance – Europe

I’m partnering with an exciting hospitality business to recruit a Head of Finance – Europe. This is a hands-on leadership role supporting hotel operations across Europe, with responsibility for driving financial performance, delivering commercial insight, and partnering with senior operational leaders.
Key responsibilities:
• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and monthly performance analysis across the European hotel portfolio.
• Partner with General Managers and operational leaders to improve profitability and drive strategic decision-making.
• Deliver insightful KPI reporting, variance analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Oversee robust financial controls, governance and compliance across the region.
• Support commercial initiatives, business cases, supplier negotiations and investment decisions.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.
We’re looking for:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent)
- 7+ years’ post-qualified finance experience
- 5+ years’ hotel/ multi-site hospitality finance experience (essential)
- Strong FP&A, financial reporting and financial controls experience
- Proven leadership, business partnering and stakeholder management skill
