Duty Manager – Commercial catering site – Up to £40k – London
We are working with a growing, bespoke Contract Caterer looking for an energetic and personable Duty Manager to join a key London contract.
About the Role
This is a busy, commercial B&I style operation covering coffee bars, main restaurant and some events/hospitality. You will oversee a team, ensuring the operation runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of service and customer experience.
The role will require some weekend flexibility to support hospitality and events.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a confident Duty manager with:
- Strong operational experience within commercial Contract Catering
- Experience leading and developing a sizeable team
- A calm, organised and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
- Strong commercial and analytical ability, including confidence with numbers and KPIs
- The ability to build strong client and team relationships
- A genuine passion for delivering and exceeding client expectations
