A leading independent hospitality business is looking for a Group Chief Operating Officer to join its Executive Leadership Team.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead operational strategy across the UK while supporting the group’s international growth ambitions. You’ll be responsible for driving commercial performance, EBITDA growth, and operational excellence across a complex, multi-site business.
You’ll also oversee a number of head office support functions, lead a large and growing leadership team, and work closely with the Board to deliver strategic initiatives, optimise processes, and drive digital transformation.
We’re looking for:
• Executive leadership experience within hospitality, catering, or another multi-site service business
• A proven track record of driving operational performance, commercial growth, and business transformation
• Experience leading large, complex, geographically dispersed teams and head office support functions
• Strong financial and strategic planning capability with a collaborative, Board-level leadership style
• Experience supporting business expansion and international growth would be highly advantageous
