The Warehouse Shift Lead will oversee all areas of a busy warehouse operation within manufacturing whilst proactively leading and developing the team and maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality.

Description
- Oversee warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff, promoting a positive work environment.
- Implement and maintain safety procedures in compliance with company guidelines.
- Coordinate with other departments to optimise operational efficiency.
- Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
- Prepare reports on warehouse performance and improvements.
- Participate in warehouse equipment and software upgrades.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Profile
- Proven experience in warehouse management in the FMCG industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team – this is critical for this role
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and databases.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A commitment to maintaining high safety standards

- A competitive salary package of £42,000 – 46000 basic + 33% shift allowance per annum.
