Our client is a leading and well-established manufacturing business within the food & hospitality sector. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their Wigan, Goldborne office on an on-going basis with the view to go permanent.
Description
As a Temporary Customer Service Advisor you will:
- Handling inbound calls & emails from a customer base
- Processing customer orders requests
- Dealing with order and shipping issues for the customer
- Collecting payments from the customers
- Updating CRM systems
Profile
To be successful in this role:
- A strong background in customer service, particularly within B2B.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computer systems for order processing.
- A knack for problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- The ability to work well in a team.
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
