My client is seeking an experienced Technical & Building Manager to take the lead at a premier London venue. In this exciting role, you’ll oversee technical services, ensure safety compliance, and maintain the venue to impeccable standards. Leading a talented team, you’ll collaborate with senior management to deliver unforgettable experiences for audiences, productions, and visitors alike
Key Requirements:
* Must have experience with live events
* Extensive experience managing technical teams
* Strong leadership, staff management, and training experience.
* Knowledge of safety legislation and experience implementing safe systems of work.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead all technical operations, ensuring events and productions are delivered at the highest standard.
* Manage workplace safety, compliance, and risk assessments for technical and facilities operations.
* Oversee building maintenance, ensuring all systems and equipment are maintained and compliant.
* Recruit, train, and develop a cohesive and motivated team, ensuring effective communication and performance.
