You’ll manage the full recruitment life-cycle across multiple geographies, including the UK, North America and Europe, and play a key role in shaping our hiring strategy. This is a fast-paced environment where you’ll need to hit the ground running.
Description
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across varied roles, with a focus on dealership and commercial positions
- Partner with hiring managers to shape job briefs and build structured interview processes
- Source and engage candidates across platforms including LinkedIn, Workable, and job boards
- Screen, interview, and support hiring decisions with a focus on both skills and cultural fit
- Manage offers, contracts, and on-boarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Support internal mobility and recruitment process improvements
- Provide regular recruitment updates and insights to the Talent Acquisition Lead
Profile
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment data to inform decisions.
- Proven experience recruiting in the automotive or dealership sector
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confidence working across different time zones
- A proactive, adaptable approach with the ability to work independently
Job Offer
- 5% bonus on top of base salary
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
- 3% pension
- 2 days in the office a week
