Description

Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from vacancy approval to on-boarding documentation.

Ensure full compliance with safer recruitment legislation and internal policies.

Act as the first point of contact for recruitment queries, applications, and advertising support.

Manage job advertising across multiple platforms, ensuring branding and messaging are consistent.

Pre-screen candidates, manage application portfolios, and support hiring managers with shortlisting and interviews.

Lead recruitment approval meetings, prepare documentation, and track outcomes.

Maintain and manage recruitment systems, databases, and supplier relationships (e.g., agencies).

Act as a DBS counter signatory, ensuring background checks are processed swiftly and accurately.

Provide regular updates, reports, and recruitment insights to HR leadership.
Profile

Proven experience in a recruitment coordination or talent acquisition role.

Strong understanding of recruitment practices or working in regulated sectors.

High level of organisation and attention to detail, with experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

Able to work independently while collaborating closely with a remote HR team.

Strong IT skills and experience with recruitment systems or applicant tracking tools.

Understanding of UK employment legislation relating to recruitment and on-boarding.
