Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Administrator to provide integral support to a Planning & Supply Chain Department in Liverpool. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks/stakeholders, and have strong Excel skills. Previous use of SAP would be advantageous.

Description

As the Supply Chain Administrator you will:

  • Support the planning and supply chain departments in daily administrative tasks.
  • Run multiple reports using Excel.
  • Communicate with suppliers and handle queries where necessary.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Supply Chain Administrator should have:

  • Be able to start immediately or on a short notice period – ESSENTIAL
  • Previously worked in a similar administrative position previously – ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities – ESSENTIAL
  • Strong Excel skills – ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – ESSENTIAL
  • Used SAP in a previous position – DESIRABLE

Job Offer
