Description
The Senior Finance Analyst will be:
- Drive strategic decision-making through detailed financial analysis and insightful commercial recommendations
- Lead the end-to-end P&L budgeting and forecasting process for the commercial function
- Design and implement new reporting frameworks that deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders
- Develop pricing strategies and investment business cases using advanced financial modelling
- Spearhead the monthly performance review process, including variance analysis and commentary
- Build strong partnerships with commercial directors to influence strategic planning and execution
- Champion continuous improvement in financial processes and controls
Profile
The Senior Finance Analyst will be:
- Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong commercial acumen
- Proven track record in a commercial finance role within retail or FMCG
- Experience in managing complex stakeholder relationships at senior level
- Strong financial modelling and scenario analysis capabilities
- Deep understanding of retail metrics and KPIs
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
