We are working with this leading South Wales based firm who are looking for experienced residential conveyancers to join their Swansea based office.
There is a real mix of residential property work of all values. Your caseload will consist of;
sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold property,
complex land law issues,
first registrations,
transfer of equity,
newbuild property,
and much more!
On offer is a good market rate package (DOE) and the chance to work for a collegiate and well regarded team across South Wales.
