Our client has a market leading reputation for property development work and is home to an entrepreneurial, forward-thinking approach and supportive team orientated culture.
The firm is looking for a talented real estate lawyer, with a desire to focus on interesting and complex development-based work. The team works on behalf of a diverse client base including major residential developers, housebuilders, promoters and other property development stakeholders on major urban extension and regeneration projects drawn from across the Southeast and further afield.
The firm would be keen to talk to real estate solicitors, with at least one training seat in commercial real estate and a knowledge of land law. Working alongside a friendly team of specialist real estate lawyers and partners, this is an excellent role offering exceptional quality work which is broad and challenging in scope, along with a competitive salary and benefits.
