Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Swindon
Our reputable client is seeking a residential conveyancing solicitor to join their residential conveyancing team based in Wiltshire. You will be joining the residential conveyancing team from the Swindon office.
This residential conveyancing solicitor will be managing a residential conveyancing caseload to include sales and purchase of leasehold and freehold properties, re-mortgages and transfers of equity, amongst much more. You’ll be managing your caseload from start to finish.
You will be a qualified solicitor, CILEX or Licensed Conveyancer with atleast 3 years’ experience in managing your own residential conveyancing caseload. You’ll be able to show strong communication skills and is able to demonstrate good client care.
