Real Estate Health Solicitor / Associate (3-5 PQE) – Bristol

About the role
- Work with investors, funders, developers, operators and suppliers across healthcare and social care sectors.
- Advise on acquisitions, disposals, financing, and development projects.
- Build strong client relationships and grow your own professional network.
- Play a key role in a team that’s ambitious, supportive, and well respected.
About you
Our client are seeking a driven commercial property solicitor who’s confident managing their own caseload and eager to contribute to a busy, successful team. Genuine career progression is on offer for the right person.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in:
- Health or social care property transactions.
- Negotiating acquisitions and disposals (freehold and leasehold).
- Drafting reports on title, certificates of title and advice notes.
- Supporting corporate transactions (asset/share sales, due diligence).
- Development projects.
