Real Estate Health Solicitor / Associate (3-5 PQE) – Bristol

This real estate health team is consistently recognised as one of the best in the country and as a result, they have seen major growth, winning significant tenders and advising on exciting projects nationwide.

About the role

  • Work with investors, funders, developers, operators and suppliers across healthcare and social care sectors.
  • Advise on acquisitions, disposals, financing, and development projects.
  • Build strong client relationships and grow your own professional network.
  • Play a key role in a team that’s ambitious, supportive, and well respected.

About you
Our client are seeking a driven commercial property solicitor who’s confident managing their own caseload and eager to contribute to a busy, successful team. Genuine career progression is on offer for the right person.

Ideally, you’ll have experience in:

  • Health or social care property transactions.
  • Negotiating acquisitions and disposals (freehold and leasehold).
  • Drafting reports on title, certificates of title and advice notes.
  • Supporting corporate transactions (asset/share sales, due diligence).
  • Development projects.
