Job Title: Project Development and Finance Lawyer

A leading Project Development and Finance team in London is looking for a driven Associate to work on some of the most impactful global projects in energy, infrastructure, and natural resources. With 2-4 years’ PQE, you’ll bring a wealth of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts, particularly in energy, infrastructure, or natural resources. You’ll use your expertise to advise clients on key commercial and legal matters, ensuring their projects succeed and thrive in an ever-evolving landscape.

You’ll take a leading role in managing negotiations, providing strategic legal insights, and offering clear, concise advice to clients. Whether it’s drafting power purchase agreements or guiding joint venture negotiations, you’ll have the chance to work on diverse and high-profile transactions that shape industries. Your ability to communicate complex legal concepts in a commercial context will be vital to building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
