Private Client – Wills – Bristol

A modern, client-focused legal firm is seeking an experienced Will Writer to join its expanding Private Client team based in the Bristol office of this multi-office practice.

About the Role

The role involves drafting wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents of varying complexity, while ensuring legal accuracy and professionalism. You will handle a busy caseload, liaise with clients, address queries, and contribute to the successful completion of cases within defined timescales.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience in estate planning.
  • A solid understanding of wills, probate, and estate administration.
  • Expertise in managing a caseload and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and client care skills.
