An exciting temp to perm opportunity for a PA/Office Manager to support a Not for Profit association in London, with a range of administrative and organisational tasks.
Client Details
This is a large organisation within the Public Sector & Not for Profit industry, based in the vibrant city of London. Their focus is to provide resources and support to the Trade Association sector.
Description
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations and procedures.
- Provide comprehensive meeting minutes for board and committee meetings
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage diaries, arrange meetings and appointments.
- Prepare documents and reports related to office management.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Profile
A successful PA/Officer Manager should have:
- Proven experience in a PA or office management role within the Public Sector or a Not for Profit organisation.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A pro-active and self-starter approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Job Offer
- A competitive hourly rate of approximately £22.30 to £23.10.
