Looking for a flexible and impactful Occupational Therapy role in the NHS?

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our community reablement team at Swansea Bay University Healthboard, based at Cimla Hospital/ Guildhall to make a real difference in patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and treatment of patients within the community, facilitating hospital discharge and preventing admission.

Essential Qualifications:

We are looking for a Occupational Therapist (Community) with:

  • Occupational Therapy degree (BSc) or diploma.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • Proven experience in community Occupational Therapy
  • Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience.
  • At least 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
  • Ability to pass an enhanced background check.
