An exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure residential & commercial projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Description
- Oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Liaise with clients, architects, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks, addressing any issues that arise during construction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Report on project progress, budget tracking, and forecasting.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a chartered MRICS Project Manager/Surveyor with extensive experience managing residential and commercial projects, thriving in a structured, hands-on environment.
- MRICS-qualified with 6+ years’ experience managing projects across all RIBA stages.
- Proven track record of overseeing high-value residential and commercial developments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage both internal and outsourced teams.
- Local to the area with a full UK driving license, and comfortable working within a traditional company structure.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging between £60k – £70k base.
- Generous annual leave – up to 38 days per year.
