An exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial projects from inception to completion. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to ensure residential & commercial projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Our client is a well-established, family-owned developer with a strong reputation built over many years of operation. They have delivered a diverse portfolio of high-quality residential and commercial projects, with a notable presence in London and the South, spanning across the country.

Description

  • Oversee projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timelines are met.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and key stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, addressing any issues that arise during construction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Report on project progress, budget tracking, and forecasting.

Profile

The successful candidate will be a chartered MRICS Project Manager/Surveyor with extensive experience managing residential and commercial projects, thriving in a structured, hands-on environment.

  • MRICS-qualified with 6+ years’ experience managing projects across all RIBA stages.
  • Proven track record of overseeing high-value residential and commercial developments.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage both internal and outsourced teams.
  • Local to the area with a full UK driving license, and comfortable working within a traditional company structure.

Job Offer

  • Salary ranging between £60k – £70k base.
  • Generous annual leave – up to 38 days per year.
