Description
- Lead the financial planning and analysis function for the business.

Profile
A successful Head of FP&A should have:
- Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
- Strong financial modelling and forecasting skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Sound knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
- Exceptional analytical, decision-making and strategic planning skills.
