Job Title: General Manager – Boutique Hotel – Suffolk
Salary: Up to £60,000

I am currently recruiting for a General Manager to join this boutique hotel on the stunning Suffolk coast. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality leader with a passion for food and beverage to lead a venue renowned for its restaurant, bar, and exceptional guest experiences.

About the position
- Oversee all hotel operations with a strong emphasis on food & beverage excellence
- Lead and develop the restaurant and bar teams to deliver outstanding dining experiences
- Maximise revenue from all outlets, including events and in-house dining
- Collaborate closely with the Sales & Marketing team to promote the restaurant and F&B offerings
- Host weekly HoD meetings and ensure smooth communication across all departments
- Build relationships with local producers, suppliers, and the community to enhance the menu and dining experience

- Proven experience managing boutique hotels with a strong restaurant and bar focus
- Track record of driving F&B profitability and delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Inspirational leader who motivates and develops high-performing teams
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Passionate about hospitality, food, and beverage
