Job Title: Financial Restructuring & Special Situations Lawyer

About the Role:
- As a mid-level associate, you’ll advise on non-contentious financial restructurings, special situations lending, and distressed debt matters involving corporate trustees. You’ll play a key role in drafting and negotiating complex finance documentation, managing transactions, and working closely with partners to expand the team’s special situations capabilities.
- The role also offers exposure to a broader range of debt financings, including leveraged finance, asset-based lending, and corporate lending, ensuring a diverse and challenging workload.
About You:
- E&W qualified with stellar academics.
- Minimum of 2 years’ PQE, gained at a top-tier international or City law firm.
- Proven experience in financial restructuring, special situations lending, and finance documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A proactive and ambitious mindset, with a passion for contributing to the team’s growth.
About the Team:
Part of the firm’s wider Finance practice, the Debt Finance group handles transactional financings, working with creditors, debtors, insolvency officeholders, and trustees. The team advises across industries and jurisdictions, offering unparalleled expertise in restructuring and special situations.
