Food & Beverage Manager – “Premier Attraction”
Location: Portsmouth
Salary: £32,000
Are you a passionate F&B professional ready to elevate guest experiences at a top-tier attraction? I am looking to speak to any exceptional leaders with F+B experience ready to lead a dynamic F&B team, drive operational excellence, and create memorable dining experiences for guests. You will oversee the food and beverage operations across the park, including restaurants, retail and QSR.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to maximize productivity and profitability
* Lead and motivate the team to provide outstanding guest service
* Manage team performance, setting individual objectives and targets
* Ensure smooth F&B operations during peak and off-peak periods
* Deliver high-quality service for corporate bookings
* Collaborate with the management team on day-to-day operations
* Regularly review and develop attraction menus
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety/food safety legislation
* Maximize F&B profitability while achieving or exceeding annual business plan targets
* Set and monitor daily targets for the F&B team
* Control expenditure to achieve budget goals
* Encourage and act on guest feedback to improve service quality
* Contribute to marketing campaigns and identify new opportunities
* Evaluate and implement new commercial opportunities
* Manage supplier relationships
* Provide timely performance reports and improvement recommendations
Ideal Candidate
* Proven experience in F&B management, preferably in an attraction or hospitality setting
* Strong leadership and team development skills
* Excellent financial acumen and budget management abilities
* Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
* Adaptable and able to work flexibly across departments
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
