Employment Solicitor- NQ+ – Dorset

We’re looking for an employment solicitor to join a well-regarded South West firm with a strong employment law reputation and friendly team culture. This is a great opportunity for a junior employment law solicitor, or legal executive, with a passion for employment law to build on their experience in a supportive, busy employment team.

You’ll be working on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, acting for both claimants and respondents. The team advises on a wide range of issues including:

  • Unfair dismissal and discriminationRedundancy and restructuring
  • Employment contracts and consultancy agreements
  • Settlement agreements and protected conversations
  • Employment tribunal matters
  • Restrictive covenants and general HR advice.

You’ll be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least one employment seat or some post-qualification experience in the area. Ideally, you’ll enjoy client contact and want to get involved in networking and business development.

Job Tenure: Permanent and Full-Time
Salary: £38000 – £45000 per annum
