Job Title: Employment Senior Solicitor
Location: Reading
Salary: £65k-£90k (DOE)
PQE: 7+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
Join a leading regional firm with a top-ranked Employment practice. The firm are seeking a knowledgeable senior lawyer to handle diverse employment matters and collaborate on larger transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist businesses with strategic planning and reorganisations.
- Provide employment tribunal and high court advice.
- Offer TUPE and transactional support.
- Manage executive severance.
- Handle various HR-related issues and manage a diverse caseload.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop new clients with significant autonomy. You will work on exciting, high-value cases alongside experienced partners.
