Description
- managing portfolio of accounts, ensuring a reduction of arrears using all available communication methods
- Proactively negotiate repayment agreements with customers
- Provide support across the full arrears lifecycle
- Participate in team meetings and provide valuable input
- Ensure all tenant interactions comply with property industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communication
- Report to the team manager on a regular basis
Profile
A successful Customer Account Lead should have:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
- Knowledge and understanding of the full arrears lifecycle
- Experience managing customer accounts and relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the property industry and it’s standards
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
