The Role:

You will be speaking directly with qualified, high-calibre leads — CEOs and Founders of £3m+ businesses — in a consultative, insight-driven sales process. This is all about building relationships, understanding growth goals, and closing meaningful, high-value memberships.

  • Own and convert warm, sales-qualified leads
  • Lead insightful, value-driven consultations with senior business leaders
  • Build lasting, trust-based relationships
  • Achieve daily and weekly membership targets
  • Keep your CRM pipeline organised and share learnings with the team
  • Attend exclusive events and network with top entrepreneurs

Experience:

  • Proven experience in consultative sales (B2B, media, community, or membership preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in business, leadership, and entrepreneurship
