Assistant Manager – Pub Group – Up to £40,000
We’re recruiting an Assistant Manager to join a well-established and growing pub group with multiple venues across Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, great service, and vibrant venues. The pubs offer a buzzy atmosphere, with live music, DJs, and late-night trading, so flexibility and a hands-on approach are key.
The Role:
- Support the senior management team with day-to-day operations
- Help lead and motivate the front-of-house team
- Ensure excellent food & beverage service standards
- Oversee bar operations and service during busy periods
- Assist with rotas, stock control, training, and compliance
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Supervisor within pubs or hospitality venues
- Strong food & beverage experience essential
- Good bar experience highly desirable
- Confident in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Flexible to work some late nights
- A positive, team-focused leader with great communication awareness
