Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and diligent Administrator for a temporary role within the Property industry, based in Solihull. The successful candidate will provide key support to our Secretarial & Business Support department.

Description
- As part of the Administrator Team a key focus will be to support in the delivery of the business objectives including refurbishments, developments, client management and reporting.
- Collate documentation alongside the Team for the preparation of data rooms and information sharing.
- At completion of projects, save down H&S files and ensure systems are updated accordingly.
- Work alongside the UK Team Executive Assistant and other members of the Team (Marketing/Analysts etc.) in relation to technical, development and operational matters.
- Engage with customers for the collection of asset information and data requests.
- Administer internal systems including our Property Information Model (PIM), SharePoint file storage, Automatic Meter Reading (AMR), asset maps and purchasing.
- Coordination of portfolio instructions and associated inspections for our surveyors and appointed consultants.
- Support the UK Team Executive Assistant with purchase orders and overseeing payment and approval processes.
- Administration of document signing using Adobe Sign.
- Where required, support the UK Team Executive Assistant with diary management and organization of travel e.g. hotels, cars, transport and meeting spaces.
- Other tasks as may be appropriate from time to time to ensure the Portfolio is maintained in accordance with the principles of good estate management.
Profile
A successful Administrator should have:
- A strong educational background.
- Prior experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Property sector.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing workloads.
