Job Title: Senior Associate- Hedge Funds/Credit Funds- Elite US law firm
Salary: £280,000-£320,000
PQE Level: 4-6 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent

Our longstanding client, an elite US law firm with a large global footprint is going from strength to strength with an impressive funds practice.
Role:
Joining a close knit and highly regarded investment funds team with a focus on hedge funds and credit funds
- Fund formation and fundraising
- Negotiating managed account structures and relevant regulatory matters
- Advising institutional investors and LPs on investments into funds and managed accounts
Key attractions:
- Future partnership- track record of promotion to partner with appetite to add to partner numbers in the team

Successful candidate:
- 4-6PQE, England & Wales qualified solicitor
- Must have hedge fund and credit fund experience gained within a comparable US, Magic Circle, or Silver Circle firm in the UK
- Excellent academics
