Fine Dining Restaurant Manager
Location: Horseshoe Bay, TX
Salary: $80,000–$90,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits (Medical, PTO, 401K, Relocation Assistance)

We’re seeking a refined and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at our flagship fine dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, wine knowledge, and a polished service approach.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily operations of a fine dining venue, bar, and poolside service
- Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house teams to deliver five-star guest experiences
- Manage labor, inventory, wine and cigar programs, and financial performance
- Collaborate with F&B leaders and the Executive Chef on menus, events, and service standards
- Elevate guest satisfaction through service excellence, upselling, and attention to detail
