Description

  • Manage and monitor rent and other property-related financial transactions
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Develop and implement efficient rent collection strategies
  • Liaise with tenants to resolve rent-related issues
  • Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to improve financial processes
  • Maintain updated records of income and expenditure
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
  • Comply with financial policies and legislation

Profile

A successful Rent & Finance Officer should have:

  • Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
  • Good understanding of how to operate a rent ledger
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Offer
