Description
- Manage and monitor rent and other property-related financial transactions
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
- Develop and implement efficient rent collection strategies
- Liaise with tenants to resolve rent-related issues
- Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to improve financial processes
- Maintain updated records of income and expenditure
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
- Comply with financial policies and legislation
Profile
A successful Rent & Finance Officer should have:
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
- Good understanding of how to operate a rent ledger
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
