Advise on Market-Shaping Transactions:

The right financing structures don’t just support deals-they drive them. This top-tier global law firm is looking for a finance lawyer to play a key role in advising private equity sponsors, portfolio companies, and debt funds on complex, high-value transactions.

The firm’s finance team advises on a broad range of debt structures, including leveraged loans, second-lien financings, holdco PIK debt, and fund-level financings such as subscription and NAV lines. Clients rely on precise, commercial advice to navigate an increasingly sophisticated debt market.

Candidates must have at least two years of post-qualified experience at a top-tier City law firm. Lawyers from leading Australian and New Zealand firms will also be considered. Stellar academics, a sharp commercial mindset, and the ability to handle high-pressure transactions are essential.

This is an opportunity to work at the highest level of the market, with a firm that dominates the private capital space. For those ready to step up, the platform is here.
