Employment Law Solicitor – Cardiff
Top tier employment law team are looking for an employment law solicitor to join them at an exciting time of growth. This employment law team get involved in a high quality of employment work and you’ll get involved from day one. This is to join their Cardiff office on a hybrid basis.
You will be managing a caseload of employment law both contentious and non contentious, mainly for respondents. Your caseload will include negotiations, settlement agreements and representing clients in employment tribunals alongside drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and procedures.
As an experienced employment lawyer in this team, you will be encouraged to get involved in business development – maintaining and building client relationships.
You will be a qualified solicitor with atleast 3 years’ PQE in employment law. You will have experience acting for respondents, but please still apply if your background is mixed.
